Diversity and Allyship: A hands-on Healthy Relationships workshop that’s actually kinda fun

In this Virtual Instructor Led workshop, participants will gain hands-on practice in creating an environment that produces healthy and productive conversations about Diversity and allyship. Participants experience a safe, facilitated environment in which to practice maintaining healthy relationships without fear of “saying the something the wrong way” or being labelled.

Participants will learn:

+ A definition and framework for what “healthy” means in a workplace setting

+ A framework for “healthy relationships at scale” - creating healthy environments

+ Opportunities to practice having meaningful conversations, even on potentially uncomfortable topics, in ways that preserve or even enhance the relationship.
